By requesting our clearance services, you enter into an agreement with Big Man for the removal and disposal of specified items. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Service Scope:
Our services include the removal and disposal of household, commercial, and other items as agreed upon. We do not handle hazardous materials or items requiring specialized disposal without prior arrangement.
3. Pricing and Payments:
Pricing for our services is provided based on the volume and type of items to be cleared. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion of the service and can be made by cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items to be cleared are accessible and ready for removal at the agreed-upon time. Customers must disclose any potential hazards or challenges related to the clearance site.
6. Liability and Damages:
While we take utmost care during the clearance process, we are not liable for any damages to property occurring during the service. Customers are advised to move valuable or fragile items themselves. We are also not responsible for damages caused by third-party services or subcontractors.
7. Customer Satisfaction:
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the service, and we will work to address your concerns promptly.
8. Indemnification:
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Big Man and its employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the service provided, including but not limited to legal fees.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Big Man reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
